What about the candidates with special requirements: the candidates with hearing difficulties, visual difficulties, those who are unable to write? How can they take the exam?
The Slovene language exam is not designed for candidates with special requirements. However, if a candidate has a physical difficulty and has a medical certificate to prove this, the exam can be modified: the candidate may be required to take only parts of the exam, or can be given extra time to complete the writing task. Decisions on how to modify the exam are made individually for each case and in agreement with the parties which require the candidate with special requirements to take the exam.
