Can I re-take the exam in case I fail it?
If you failed the exam, you can re-take it. It is generally possible to re-take the exam in the next session, although the staff at the Examination Centre or the authorised institution will give you advice on whether it is sensible to attempt so soon. They may suggest that it would be better not to re-take the exam in the next session and to spend some more time preparing for the exam, either through self-study or by attending a course if the results for all the papers were poor.
The number of times you can re-take the exam is virtually unlimited, although we do not recommend that you make an attempt in every available session without preparing for the exam.
