Izbirni tečaji za začetnike in nadaljevalce, študente slovanskih jezikov, drugih študijskih smeri, podiplomske študente in zunanje slušatelje. Slovenščino lahko izberejo zunanji slušatelji in študenti smeri "Langues et littératures modernes" v programu Master 1 (MA1) in Master 2 (MA2). V MA1 sta na voljo tečaj Langue slovène 1 (5 ECTS) in predavanje Littérature slovène 1 (5 ECTS), v MA2 pa tečaj Langue slovène 2 (5 ECTS) in predavanje Littérature slovène 2 (5 ECTS). Slovenščino lahko izberejo zunanju slušatelji in študenti vseh drugih študijskih smeri (razen smeri "Langues et littératures modernes") v programu Bachelier 2 (BA2) in Bachelier 3 (BA3). v BA2 je na voljo tečaj Slovéne 1 (5 ECTS), v BA3 pa tečaj Slovéne 2 (5 ECTS).    

Optional courses at beginner and intermediate level for students of Slavic languages and other programmes, postgraduate students and external participants. For external students and students of "Langues et littératures modernes" programme there are two Slovene courses available within the framework of the Masters 1 (MA1): Langue slovène 1 (5 ECTS) and lecture Littérature slovène 1 (5 ECTS), and in Master 2 (MA2) students can opt for Langue slovène 2 (5 ECTS) and Littérature slovène 2 (5 ECTS). Within the framework of the Bachelors 2 (BA2) and Bachelors 3 (BA3) external students and students of all programmes except students of "Langues at littératures modernes" can opt for Slovène 1 (5 ECTS) in BA2 and for Slovène 2 (5 ECTS) in BA3.

V diplomskem študiju (Bachelor) sta Sloveens I. (10 točk) in Sloveens II. (10 točk) obvezna izbirna predmeta za študente 2. in 3. letnika Oddelka za slavistiko in vzhodnoevropske študije in izbirna predmeta za vse študente Univerze Gent in zunanje slušatelje. V podiplomskem študiju (Masters) je Taal en textanalyse: Sloveens (10 točk) samostojni podiplomski predmet in/ali obvezni izbirni predmet v okviru drugega podiplomskega študija za študente Oddelka za slavistiko in vzhodnoevropske študije ter izbirni predmet za vse študente Univerze Gent in zunanje slušatelje.

On the Bachelor programme, "Sloveens I." (10 ECTS) and "Sloveens II." (10 ECTS) are compulsory elective subjects for 2^nd and 3^rd year students within the Department of Slavic and East European Studies, as well as an optional subject for all students and external participants. At Masters level, "Taal en textanalyse: Sloveens" (10 točk) is a separate postgraduate subject and/or a compulsory elective subject for students within the Department of Slavic and East European Studies, as well as an optional subject for all other students and external participants.
